About the nicest thing anyone or business can do is say “Thank you.” It’s fun to say, and even more fun to have it said to you. But sometimes you need a more “expressive” way of expressing that emotion.
Let’s say you’re a service company with a great client. You do your job and they pay on time. A great relationship. You might think in terms of giving them a gift card to a coffee bar as an extra special way of appreciation. But once they use up the gift card, it’s done. Out of the wallet and out of mind.
Maybe a nice coffee cup would be better. Include your a logo along the lines of “Thanks for your business from your friends at…..” That coffee mug will last for years and each time your client uses it, they’ll see your “Thank you.” The cup that keeps on...
